SOS Personnel is a "generalist" company. We recruit for all positions ranging from light industrial warehouse, process operations, technical, research and development, administration, engineering, and executive.

We do not recruit for tradespersons or construction workers.

Nothing.

You may register with SOS Personnel confidentially, free of charge and be contacted for any positions we have available matching your qualifications.

· How much money does SOS Personnel take out of my pay if my paycheque comes from SOS?

Nothing.

Should you be on assignment working through SOS Personnel placed with one of our client companies, the placement/service fee to SOS Personnel is paid by our client company.

· How much does SOS Personnel charge me if they find me a permanent job?

Nothing.

SOS Personnel, in addition to screening, selection, testing, referencing, and short-listing candidates, provides a guarantee of performance for each permanent placement. It is for the service that the client companies pay a fee.

Outplacement refers to the direct management of a workforce. SOS Personnel will recruit, pay, manage, safety train, evaluate, and in general maintain a healthy, productive workforce within an organization freeing up management time to do the other tasks of running an organization.
